We stand behind our products and want you to be happy – if you ever receive a product you are not 100% excited about wearing give us a call or send us an email and we will make it right!
We gladly accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund.
Here’s the process:
- For all return/exchange issues please send an email to email@example.com requesting a free pre-paid return-shipping label. Please include your order number in the email communication. If you cannot contact us via email, please contact us toll free at 1-844-510-0664. (Initial outbound shipping will not be refunded.)
- To return your order, please include any one of the following: (1) the original invoice, (2) the packing slip (3) or the order confirmation email, as well as any gift with purchase, and return in the original packaging. Place all items in the original shipping envelope that the items were sent in, reseal with packing tape, affix your pre-paid shipping label over the original shipping label and either take the envelope to the local post office or schedule a time with the USPS to have them pick up your package.
- You will receive an email notification from Assured Allure when we receive and process your return. Please allow 20 business days for your return to be processed and payment to be credited back to the same credit card used for purchase. Please keep in mind; the date of your refund availability on your credit card is dependent on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
- Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only and do not qualify for return.
- At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.
- If your order was missing an item, contained the wrong item, the item broke prior to wear, or the product had a manufacturer’s defect, you must report this to us within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Examples of manufacturer’s defect are:
- (1) non-functional clasp,
- (2) abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in natural stone colors),
- (3) jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly, and
- (4) differences in length from described length.
- You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. However, we will not reimburse any shipping fees. In addition, should you use our own method of return shipping, we recommend you insure and track your package, since we will not be responsible for lost return packages by other shipping methods.
